Are you happy with your personal growth? Would you like to enhance your leadership skills? Would you like to learn to make better choices? Do you know how we can better use our principles in our lives?, and what it means to be in alignment?
Beginning Thursday January 17, and continuing weekly for the next 8 weeks, from 3:00 to 4:30, we will be examining these questions, and many more as suggested in Stephen R. Covey's newest book: The 8th Habit, From Effectiveness to Greatness. Sessions will be structured around reading the book and other materials, viewing videos, group exercises, personal research and reports on items of interest, and some lecture, (though not much). Come and join in the fun. For more information, contact Steve Bowman, the guide for these sessions, or our Program Council.
Rev. Rich Lang, executive director of Ashland's Omega House will examine the dynamics of creative human development in today's pluralist society and global age, in hopes of moving beyond the polarizing rhetoric of the "culture wars" -- on six Fridays from Feb 1st through Mar 7th.
The Jan 27th Sunday service and these classes are open to the public, free of charge. Those interested in the classes should register on Sunday, Jan 27th at RVUUF or by contacting Lang at Omega House, 488-2304 or omegahouse@charter.net.
