Paris, France is our inspiration for the holiday dinner party and it is promising to be a gala event. Here’s a list of what you may expect:
Local entertainer Priscilla Quinby has graciously donated her services to prepare the can-can dancers and their music. Jane Manning found the tuba players for us. Daniel Guy is masterminding preparation of the beef bourguignon. And there will be FABULOUS desserts by Susan Meek! The rest of the committee is preparing other dishes and taking all other steps necessary to making this event a success. NOTE: We will ask for help to set up tables, serve the food, and cleanup afterward. If you would like to volunteer ahead of time, please call any Fun Raiser. Tickets are $15.00 each (donation to RVUUF) and will go on sale Sunday, November 11. The absolute last day to buy a ticket is Sunday, Nov 25th.
If you have any questions, please contact one of these members of the Fun Raisers: Susan Meek, Marylin Hart, Betty Owens-Gordon, Elizabeth Baxter, Dorothy Considine.
Au Revoir! See you at the party!
