The Strategic Planning Task Force (SPTF) will develop and recommend specific steps to be taken toward implementing the resolutions (approved: Dec 2007) regarding our future program, location, facilities, and staff. The Plan is based on the sentiments expressed in the Long Range Plan & Moderate Growth Scenario -- it consists of six separate but interlocking Initiatives: 1. Enhance Membership; 2. Promote Spiritual, Leadership, and Personal Development and Exploration; 3. Support Social Justice; 4. Create a UUA-Accredited Green Sanctuary; 5. Enhance and Grow our Ashland Facility; 6. Vitalize and Grow the Medford Program
