Compassionate Communication
A day-long workshop in Compassionate Communication, also known as Non-Violent Communication (Center for NVC; Wikipedia: NVC), is planned for the congregation. All are invited; committee chairs and members are especially encouraged to participate. It will take place at RVUUF and lunch will be provided. The cost will be on a sliding scale from $25 to $50. Scholarships will be available.
Joanne Lescher, a trained and certified facilitator, will lead the workshop. She comes highly recommended and has much experience in teaching, mediating and coaching. (Oct service)
