Description: Meditation is an art that revives and expands life...It is a direct solitary journey into your life energy. Superconscious Meditation is part of the five thousand year old Tradition of the Himalayan Sages. This 4-part class will teach you how to meditate. You will learn the hows and whys of meditation postures, the importance of breath and how to regulate it, and how to calm your mind while expanding your awareness.
