We UU’s will be part of the Ashland 4th of July parade!

This year’s theme is “American Music.” (You could dress as your favorite musical instrument.)


We will march with:

  • Our RVUUF banner and our peace banner
  • A CD player playing patriotic music
  • 48 kazoos and 12 maracas for those who would like to “play along”
  • Candy to hand out to the children
  • UU Principle bookmarks to hand out along the route

We could use at least 64 people!

Are you game? Our purpose is to have a good time and make RVUUF more visible in our community.

The parade starts at 10:15 AM; line-up time is 9:45 AM at Triangle Park. More information will be coming by e-mail or by contacting the Fellowship office or Lois Pettinger.
